Insight Park Highlands, LLC was formed to acquire approximately 71.2 net acres consists of two parcels of vacant land located at the
SWC and NWC of I-215 and Revere Street.  Parcel 1 is 46.85 acres zoned Master Planned Community Commercial (MPC C-2) and Parcel 2 is a 24.3 acre parcel zoned Mixed Use (MU).  This investment is considered a Value-Add investment with moderate risk.

Each parcel is intended to be sold separately within a 3 to 7 year period and provide no less than a 14% unleveraged IRR to the Members of the Company.  The purchase price of the property was $16,159,500 and the amount of equity invested was $9mm.
