Gateway Master, LLC was formed to acquire approximately 31.48 net acres of real property located at the SWC of Boulder Highway and Gibson Rd. in Henderson, NV.  The investment is considered a Value-Add investment with moderate risk.

The purchase price of the property was $17,189,743  and the total equity invested was $8.75mm and the preferred return is 15% IRR.
