HENDERSON, NEVADA (September 2019) – Danny Mulcahy joins Insight Investment Partners as a Senior Partner. In addition to sourcing, underwriting and participating in the management of the firm’s real estate assets, he is responsible for leading all the equity offerings and guiding the evolution of the firm’s capital raising and investor relations infrastructure.

Mr. Mulcahy brings substantial depth to Insight’s capital raising and investor relations platform, having built successive platforms for Zacks Investment Research and Northstar Commercial Partners. He has been widely quoted in national publications such as Barrons, Entrepreneur, PC magazine, US News and World Magazine and is considered a thought leader in the equity crowd funding and regulation D general solicitation arenas. In addition, he has more than 20 years of experience in finance, private market investments and commercial real estate brings to Insight Investment Partners.

In addition to being the broker of record for more than $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions, Mr. Mulcahy assisted with the development, sales, and leasing of more than $1 Million SF of industrial properties along with acquiring and divesting more than 1,000 acres of land throughout the southwest United States. He is a licensed investment banker holding his FINRA Series 7, 24, 66 and 79 securities licenses. He provides early and mid-stage companies with advice and guidance in corporate finance, corporate structure, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions.

Danny’s passion for travel has enabled him to live abroad and visit more than 20 countries and hundreds of cities. He treasures cultural exploration and science, is an avid reader, consummate student, and enjoys running, cycling, skiing, food and family. Danny earned a Bachelor of Arts from UNLV.
