Pahrump Newco, LLC was formed to purchase a loan from a previous company that defaulted and, as a result, now owns and manages approximately 110 acres of real property located at the NWC of Homestead Rd. and Thousandaire Rd. in Pahrump, NV. This investment is considered a Value-Add investment with moderate risk.
The purchase price was $9.76mm and the equity raised was $2.4mm with and project level IRR 16% IRR.
